As I am sure I do not need to remind you, it was not the easiest time for selling a home. Your professional suggestions as to items to fix, change, remove or update presented our home in the most optimal condition possible. All of your ideqas were presented logically and you had resources available to help us achieve them.
All the literature presented our home beautifully. Your frequent "Open Houses" gave many people the opportunity to view our home. Everything you did was done with the utmost respect for our privacy and personal comfort.
When it became impossible for us to leave our house furnished, after moving to Vancouver, WA, you still managed to keep our home presented in the most pleasing manner possible. We were greatly appreciative of all the personal work you put into our home making sure the yard, the plants, windows, etc., looked perfect. (This would have been impossible for us to do long distance) The relief and confidence we had knowing our "empty" home was in good hands was immeasurable.
